Presenter templates and quizzes resetting issue

Hi,

I have been working on a few Articulate Presenter projects, but I have run into an issue where all of my Presenter templates reset to their original state and the Quizmaker quizzes become de-linked. This causes me to set up my templates and re-link my quizzes each time this occurs. This seems to happen sporadically when I open up the Articulate file through Powerpoint. As a note, I do access the file through a Network Sharedrive, which is what I originally thought the issue might be, but I am not positive. We also try our best to only access the file one at a time to prevent the file from being opened more than once, but the issue still continues. Any help would be appreciated.
