Presenter will not initialize

Hi,

Not sure if this is a problem with my PC or Articulate. It worked fine a few weeks ago but now I cannot do anything in Presenter.

Presenter opens up as normal and the PowerPoint slides open with the Articulate Tab and ribbon, but when I try to publish or preview or open slide properties options I get a critical error, saying that it cannot initialize the requested feature.

Please help.
