I'm trying to add a custom logo to a Presenter presentation and for some reason, it's not accepting a png file. It's telling me that only swf/jpg/bmp/emf? are allowed. I've used this exact file for three other presentations, the only difference is now I'm in Presenter 5 and the other presentations were in Presenter '09. Has anyone come across this issue? I'm currently trying to restart and see if that helps.
Yeah, the requirements for Presenter 5 are different than Presenter '09. Your best bet is to try inserting the logo as one of the recommended formats in Presenter 5. Are you able to convert it?
