Hi, I'm getting frustrated with Presenter. It was preveiwing just fine but all of a sudden when I try to preview a slide I get 2-4 popups that says it requires Flash Player 10 or later.
I have the latest flash installed and I've restarted the computer to make sure it's completely installed and I'm still getting this problem.
Once it freezes I have to use the task manager to close the flash requst and powerpoint as the yes and no buttons don't work.
I'm trying to find out why it would do this and how to getting my previewing going again. I have a deadline at the end of the week so I'm anxious to get this going.
Welcome to the community! Adobe released Adobe Flash Player 16 on December 9, 2014 and, as a result, Articulate Studio won’t open. You will need to update to the latest version of Presenter. You can find that here.
I'm encountering exactly the same issue. I've installed the latest update to Articulate. The popup about the Flash player still appears, and Presenter still freezes when I attempt to preview slides.
Our team (3 of us) also started experiencing this yesterday. We get the same message in presenter. And we are unable to open engage files and quizmaker files as we get the same message there too.

Are you using the latest update for Studio?
Yes we are.
I should say, I think we are. Version 4.3.00 is what we are using. Is this the latest update? When I check for updates, it says there are none.
