I'm able to open Articulate Presenter 13, but not able to open Engage or quizmaker. I keep getting popup box - UI Admin Required Notice – so then I try to activate my serial number – and it says invalid number (yet it works for Articulate Presenter?)

After installing a significant update for Windows 10, you may see a UI_AdminRequiredNotice error message when you launch the Articulate Studio '13 apps. When this occurs, you need to reactivate Studio '13 with administrative privileges, this article details how to do that for each app.
My guess for why you didn't see the same for Presenter is that PowerPoint may have already been running with administrative privileges.
