Problem Publishing Course

I have a Simplified Chinese course that will not publish in Presenter. When it gets to specific slides, it hangs up ("Slide 11 of 34, item 2 of 4" for example). If I hide the slide(s) in the "Slides" panel on the left in PPT itself (not in Slide Properties) it works. If I take the slide(s) out of the presentation and paste it into a new PPT file, it works.
As this is Compliance content specific to our company, I need a staff member to respond with directions where I can submit my file so it can be viewed privately. Sorry...can't publish here for everyone to help with!

Sure thing. First, create an Articulate Presenter Package of your presentation as described here. Then upload the resulting zip file from your computer on the second page of this form, and we''ll attempt to diagnose what's happening when we receive your upload. Thanks!
