Problem with Articulate Presenter SCORM 1.2 package and Saba LMS

Apologies for my first post here being to ask for help! The company where I recently started working had some eLearning packages made by an external company a couple of years ago; they recorded short software demos using Captivate then packaged them together, added a menu etc using Articulate Presenter. We host them on our Moodle instance, and they sort of work there - theyload ok but don't send scores through from the quiz, which is an annoyance but not really a problem, but anyway that's something I can look at at a later date. A more pressing problem is that one of our clients wants to host our software demos themself, on Saba. When I upload the scorm package as a zip file, it recognises the package ok, launches a new window (as requested in the scorm package) but when it launches it just loads as a blank index.html page. I've run a debug as suggested if index.html doesn't work - here's the outcome:

I've tested it using Reload and SCORM Cloud, and it works fine in both of them. I'm using IE9, but have also tried in Chrome to no avail.

Any suggestions gratefully appreciated - if you're in the UK I'll even buy you a pint if you can give me any ideas how to fix it! I am more than happy to mess around with the imsmanifest and .js/.html files, but I don't have a copy of the Articulate source files used to make the package.
