I have a problem of previewing and publishing my webcast today, while Articulate was working three weeks ago. Attached is the messate popped up after pressing the "preview" and "publish" button. Please advise and assist to fix the problem.
If you view published Articulate Presenter content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features to fail. To test your content and share it with others, you'll need to upload it to the environment for which it was published. Here's how.
In other words, make sure you are testing the content in its intended environment as your learner would.
I have not heard of any incompatibility between Presenter 13 and Firefox 31.
I am working on one of the webcast and found that theres' problem when doing preview and also publish (per attached message). Please advise the possible solution in your earliest convenience as webcast is require to use on 8 Dec 2014. I remembered last time is becoz of the graphics in some of the pages for my other webcast. You mind if can let me know where can i upload my webcast for your review. Thanks.

Dear Leslie,
The same webcast can be published by using my colleagues’ laptop.
Thanks for your help and I think the problem is just apply to me only.
Thanks & regards,
Karen
Thanks for the update Karen!
Be sure that you are working locally and perhaps a repair will get you back in working order :)
