Hi, I got a new screen recorder. I saved the movie as FLV and then insert it as Flash Movie. When I try to play it in LMS, it does not work although it works when I try in Articulate 09. Presenter. I tried to open in a new browser but it does not work.
The software used to create the video flash is not Articulate but there should be no issues, correct?
I tested your content in SCORM Cloud and I do not see a video either. Would you be able to share the Articulate Package instead of the published output.
I am having difficulty testing this content and I have opened a support case on your behalf to try to get you some assistance quickly :) You should be hearing from someone soon.
