Articulate Presenter '13 will not publish one particular module. It will publish one before and one after. I have redone the ppt 2 times and still getting error message. Any suggestions? I have not done the update, because another person in the office did the update and now they cannot do a thing in Articulate.
So sorry for the trouble you're having with publishing that course! What's the error message you're receiving when you attempt to publish it? If it's just this one file you're seeing this happen with, would you be able to share your Articulate Package for me to have a look? You can add it as an attachment right in a comment here.
We always recommend running the most up to date version so I do suggest installing the latest update. I would also encourage your colleague experiencing the issues with Presenter to reach out to our Support Engineers directly by submitting a case so we can help get them back in working condition as soon as possible.
