publishing for LMS with different MS office versions

Mar 12, 2012

Hi all,

Currently the LMS administrators can't get my published presentations going. I have asked for them to provide screenshots of errors but all they say is that they get a blank page.
I have been told to publish them using MS office version 2003-97 versions but I don't undertstand this as at the end the content is in SWF (flash) format?

I'm using MS office 2007, Can this be an issue for the LMS?

that I have done (ZIP)

I think they don't really have an idea of where to look for the error. Last email I got was:

- in the lms / lms.js there is syntax error that is displayed as an error from IE 8.
 - Line 441 - missing semicolon

I don't belive that Articulate would generate code and have a missing semicolon?
Also I asked for them to try on another browser and no responce .Rrrrrrr!

HI Camilo,

I'd recommend running your course through the SCORM Cloud Test Track which you can find in section 3 of this article on troubleshooting Articulate/LMS issues. That will allow you to determine whether the issue is with your content or on the LMS side of things. I'd then pass the results of that onto your LMS team for them to review.
