Publishing Issues to LMS using Articulate 360

I am trying to publish my course to LMS using Art. 360, like I have done a thousand times before, and it moves along just fine until it gets to the point where it is "Cleaning Temporary Files".  Then it stops and a window pops up that says: We're Sorry, something went wrong with Articulate Presenter and it might close" (see attachments).  I tried rebooting my computer but that did not work.  I tried it at least 15 times - all with the same message right at the same point.  Any ideas? I am desperate
