I had to make some adjustments to a ppt that I had previously published - I tried to publish it and all the words are now underlined! How can I change it without going back and redoing the entire presentation?
Did you update any master slide properties? Also, the end of line one in point 1 is cut off. Did the font size change as well?
no, i did not update the master slide properties, I opened it up to make changes on the ppt itself and then just hit preview and noticed the lines coming up throughout - I then published it and then it continued with the underlining. Yes, the font size definately changed also - funny i did not even notice that until you pointed it out - I think I was so distraught that I have to reinvent the wheel again.
Hey Carrie. I would definitely send us your project files so we can take a look. Or if you want, copy that slide into a new PowerPoint file and attach that here and we can take a look at that.
I just uploaded it onto the sight. I hope it is an easy fix.

I think I just posted it - sorry I am new to the blog.
I'm thinking your original presentation is likely corrupt. Here's a link that will walk you through the steps to fix it. If you're still having trouble after that, make sure you have the latest version of Studio installed: http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter09/kb/?p=425

Hope that does the trick!
yes, my file was definately corrupt. Is there an easy way to transfer the audio from the old file into the new file without corrupting the ppt again?

Hi Carrie,
It looks like someone has had this problem in the past, and they were asked to upload their files for a closer look. You can do that here: http://upload.articulate.com
Hope you find a resolution.

Hey Carrie. It looks like you sent us the published output. We actually need the PowerPoint file. Can you send that to us here:

Sorry. I'm blind.

Hi Carrie,
Yes, you can export the audio from the presentation by using the method below:
http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter09/kb/?p=929
Then, just reimport it into your new presentation:
