Publishing to MS Word in Presenter 13

Hello everyone. Having problems publishing from Presenter 13 to a Word Storyboard. Working on local drive with short file names. Presentation has 24 slides. Published Word storyboard consist of 2 pages. First page shows number of slides in presentation and second page is blank. Publishing as output type Presenter Notes works fine. Published storyboard opens in Word 2003 (doc ext), even though we are using Word 2013. We had this exact problem once before, and were able to resolve it by restoring the File Block settings in the MS Word Trust Center, but this time it isn't working. Any advice that anyone can give would be sincerely appreciated. Thanks!

As such, I think it might be beneficial if you were able to work directly with our Support Engineers for additional technical insights. Hello Nathan - I took a look at the case for Sheldon referenced above.

Seems his issue was related to Presenter '13, publishing Storyboard to Word via Windows 8.1 and Office 2013.

Does this sound similar to your scenario as well?

Would you be able to share your Articulate Package for us to take a look?

Hi Leslie,

There are a few differences. I am using Presenter '13, but publishing Storyboard to Word via Windows 7 Professional and Office 2016.  However, the project was started using Office 2013 (recent upgrade).   I've submitted a case including my Articulate package.  Thanks for the follow up.
