Publishing Troubleshooting

Good afternoon - before lunch (about 3 hours ago), I had no difficulty publishing an Articulate Presenter module - both to Web as well as to a Word doc.
I made a couple of image switches and went to publish again just now, and the publish window came up without all of my information and setting completed - see image:
I didn't go through with the publish, not wanting to screw anything up.
Any idea what caused this, and what I should do?

this usually is the result of multiple PowerPoint instances running. Close the one you can see, then open the task manager, and search for any other PowerPoint instances from the Processes tab. Right click, and END any that you find. Restart PowerPoint, and you should be able to publish your file correctly.
A good restart is not a bad option either.
Thank you to both of you! A reboot of the machine was the trick! It was a bit scary - but all is well now!
