Registeration screen

Hi,

I've been using Articulate Engage and Presenter since Nov 2014. The past few weeks I keep getting the attached screen to register even though I'm registered. I go through the motions of registering (all my info is already populated) so the screen will disappear.  How can I stop this registration screen from popping up everytime I sign-in to Engage or Presenter?
