Can you try deleting the content from your LMS and then re-uploading it fresh? Sometimes, the LMS will not update the file properly. Thus, you end up seeing a caching issue. Try deleting the content & then re-uploading it to your LMS.
I apologize. I must have skimmed right over your first post in an attempt to dive right into the heart of the thread. What you have there is correct. I would give Brian's advice a shot, and please let us know if that works for you. Sorry for the confusion, and curious to know if you get this resolved...

It is also under interaction properties for each engage interaction, it may just be that you are cached try ctrl+F5 to force clear
