ribbon for Studio '09?

I have old valid licenses for Studio '09 (in addition to Storyline 2+ and Replay). I had previously removed the Studio '09 software when I got Storyline, but now want to clean up some old Presenter presentations and potentially import them into Storyline.
My computer has MS Office 2013 (PPT 2013) loaded and I cannot get the Presenter Communicator or Ribbon COM add-in to load.
I get pop-ups that ultimately say I'm unable to add the Presenter Add-In. TRUST CENTER settings in PPT are okay.
Short of downgrading my Office version, is there a way to get the Presenter Add-in loaded and working?

Hi, Karen -- Please review the following System Requirements for Presenter '09. You will see that unfortunately, Presenter '09 is not compatible with Office 2013.
I figured that was the answer, Christie, just hoping there was a workaround!
