All of the sudden Presenter 2013 is giving me runtime errors when I'm syncing animations. I can sync one slide and when I do the next one the error message appears. Powerpoint then hangs and I have to restart it. Not really looking forward to sync animations one slide at a time, so I hope t'here's a solution
When creating, editing, and publishing Articulate Presenter '13 courses, be sure you're working on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources.
I have seen a similar issue reported here when the file was large. Not sure if any of the information shared there will be able to assist you or if you just need to send your Articulate Package to support.
I know, working on a folder on my desktop. So that can't be the problem here... The file isn't particularly large either (at least I don't think so). Will try to reinstall Articulate tomorrow morning to see if that fixes it, if not i'll send the package to support.

Sounds great Geraldine and thanks for the update.
Reinstallation didn't fix it, so I'll send the package to support...
