Slide in Presenter Does Not Advance to the Next Page

Hi,

I am having a problem with a slide not advancing in a Presenter file that was created a couple of years ago.

It has worked fine until a few days ago.

It works fine on a PC, with Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers. It will not work on Chrome.

It will not work on a Mac, in either Safari or Chrome.

Any ideas about how to diagnose what is wrong and fix it? Unfortunately, I didn't create the file, so I'm starting from scratch.

Any advice is most welcome.

Do you have access to the project file? What is on the slide that is not advancing as expected (perhaps an Engage Interaction or video)?

Thanks so much for replying!

Forgive me if I'm not using the right terminology. The slide was made using Presenter (best I can tell). There are several "actions" that are part of a build to the slide (no video). But it is one of our more complex slides.

The file is used in an online training course, hosted on an external server - would it help to send you a link to the file?
