slides advancing so learners can "skip" through presentation

HELP!  Using Presenter '09 and PP'07

I have set the player template to "restricted" but learners are still able to click on the slide advance button without listening/completing each slide.  How do I prevent this?  When viewing the "presentation, Publish options", I have set the slides to display for 10 seconds without animation or audio, but that doesn't seem to help.  Note:  all of my slides have narration to them so I figured this would be a natural restricter to advancing the slides.

I have read a few past posts, but to no avail.   Any other suggestions out there?  This is a huge source of frustration for me right now.  Please help!

Welcome to Heroes, Susan!

Here's our tutorial on restricting navigation, if you haven't already had a chance to check it out. And just to be sure, when you're on the publish dialog for your course, can you confirm that you're choosing to publish with the player template you've edited to Restricted Navigation. Presenter will automatically choose the template you published with most recently, rather than the one you're currently working with.

You may also want to check your Slide Properties' advance behavior.

Let us know if you're still having issues...

Thanks, and welcome again!

Edit: Try Peter's suggestions before following through with mine.

Hi Susan,

If you wouldn't mind submitting a support case, we'll be glad to take a look for you.

Make sure to include your presentation when you do. Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then include the zip file when you submit the support case. You can review how to do this here:
