Slides randomly not loading

So this has happened with multiple tutorials that we've published...
When users are watching our tutorials, sometimes a slide will not load (just has the slide title) and anything after that slide is not able to load either. This seems to happen randomly, because it will occur on different slides to different users (and even completely different tutorials). It's fixed by the person closing the window and re-launching the browser (or refreshing).
Any ideas as to why this happens and if there's anything that can be done on the publishing end to prevent this from happening?
These are tutorials published with Studio '13 and housed on Articulate Online. We did see this problem when we were using Studio '09 as well.

Hi Chris,
I'm sorry to hear about the odd behavior. I'd first want to confirm that users were accessing the courses through one of the supported browsers detailed here.
If you're still having difficulty I think we'll want to take a look at your courses and do some testing ourselves in Articulate Online. Can you connect with our Support engineers here and they'll send you some directions for sharing AO credentials?

Were you able to get this to start working? We have published some slides with no sound, just notes and slide and for some reason sometimes some will load and some won't. If you click the previous button it will be there...never had this happen to me before.
