Snyc Animations

I've been having trouble lately with the sync animation feature.  (I've made many courses so I know it's a new issue).  When I sync the animations and go back to review them - it's like they didn't "take" no matter how many times I try.  I've been having to go in the audio editor and adjust them that way but it is so time consuming.  The strange part is... that it will work perfectly on a few slides and not at all on others in the same course.  What trick am I missing?!  Any help is appreciated, I'm beyond frustrated!  thanks

Hello Kirsten... I'm not sure whether I'm remembering this correctly, but I think that if you're syncing animations, and use the play/pause controls there to review your animations, that this fouls things up for that screen.

I looked, but I can't find the post for that.

So anyway, if that's what you're doing, try syncing a screen or two without reviewing it with the sync animations tool open.

Hi Kirsten and Dave,

I think this is the information that Dave was referring to:

You may find that your animations are not synchronized as expected if all the following criteria are true:

    * You attempted to sync the same slide more than once using the Sync Animations tool.

    * You did not click the Save & Close button in the Sync Animations tool between attempts.

    * You used the Play button in the Sync Animations tool to preview the slide.
