Studio 13 Update 7 - Issues

Anybody else update to Studio '13 update 7 recent?

I am having major issues with this release, meaning that Articulate is no longer working, fails to open, and is disabling me from opening PowerPoint altogether.

I fully uninstalled PPT and Studio '13 and am getting the same results. I am not sure what to do now, as I do not have an older copy of Update 6, to backup to.

Hi Matt,

If you've already gone through our normal troubleshooting steps in terms of ensuring you're working locally, repairing Studio, and ensuring the add ons are enabled, we'll want to have you work with our Support engineers so that we can take a better look at what's occurring. 

Also, did you check that Flash player 19 isn't installed? There was an issue as documented here which it corrupting files and causing issues.

Is it just the mobile player that doesn't have sound - or is there also no sound when playing the HTML5 only output? There was an issue with iOS 9 and HTML5 output with the audio not playing but that was fixed in Update 7 as detailed here. Were these courses that you previously had published and uploaded with Update 6? If so, I'd look at clearing the browser cache on your iPad and deleting the course from the mobile player and reloading from the new link/version to ensure you're not accessing an older version.
