Studio '13 - will content in Articulate App 'talk' to an LMS?

When Storyline came out we were all excited about the ability to support learners using iPads to view our content. Articulate 'forgot' to tell us that content published for iPad won't work in an LMS, since the Articulate App can't speak SCORM. So users can either view a bells and whistles iPad version and not be tracked, or must view a less engaging HTML5 version if we want to track them.

Does the same restriction apply to content published for Articulate App in Studio '13?
