Hi Anne,

Thanks for sharing the link to your course. You mentioned using Studio '13, do you know what update you're using? The latest update of Studio '13 is Update 9.

Also, I was presented with the HTML5 output, is that what you were also viewing or did you notice the issue with the tables in Flash as well?

I'd love to take a look at the Presenter package as well to see how it's set up.

Hi, Ashley-I didn't say I was using Studio 13, I said Presenter 13, if that makes any difference. Also, I did upload the Articulate Package. Did you look at any of the online graphs? There is one on slide 13
, 22, 31, 57, 69, 70, 73, and 74. I did download an update: studio-13.

Hi Anne,

Sorry for any confusion, Presenter is a tool within Studio - so they'd work the same.

It looks like you may have responded via email, and as such the attachments won't come through here (but your signature will). If you'd like to edit out your contact information from your post you can, and then upload the Presenter package so that we can take a look.

I uploaded the Articulate Package through your online form TWICE. There is nothing different I could do doing it a third time. Can you please go and look at my submission(s) again?

Hi Anne,

I'm really sorry, I'm not seeing it here in the E-Learning Heroes community and I didn't see it submitted as a Support case yet. Perhaps you used a different email address or name and that's why I'm not seeing it?

Since there may be a bit of trouble in doing this, I'm going to start a case for you. Our team will be in touch with a specific upload link for you and you can share your file with them that way. I'll keep my eye on your case too and share updates here.

It seems there is no solution yet to these tables messing up randomly. Also I see that the Staff is not providing any logical solution here. That is so sad. I think I will ask my company to move away from the product soon, as copying and pasting tables as images is no solution.

Put stuff on C Drive. Cant work off SharedPoint / OneDrive. Just such a pain to work with a simple tool. Solutions like creating in Storyline is no use as the biggest advantage was to use PPT as the base for design.
