Text of four notes is too large

I have one webinar which I published recently using the presenter 13 beta software. I'm about to purchase the release version, but wanted to check and see about a problem I've noted during the testing.

If you click on the notes tab to left, the text below it appears to be quite large, and I haven't been able to change the color. Does anyone know if this issue has been fixed in the release version of the software? Any suggestions on how I might fix the problem?

Hi Robert.

The formatting of the notes should be coming from the information in your PowerPoint presentation. If you open your presentation in PowerPoint and select View -> Notes Page, you should be able to customize the text there however you would like. I would also recommend uninstalling the beta and installing the trial version so you are sure you are working with the latest stable version.

Thanks for the advice. That seemed to solve the problem.

To get everything right I had to:

  1. republish several times,
  2. make sure every single character of the text or blank space was in the font, size, shade I wanted
  3. eliminate any extra carriage returns following the text. --- These seemed to alter the text size for some reason??

Bottom line: to get the notes text right you must be VERY PRECISE in setting up the copy in PowerPoint.

OOPPS....I spoke too soon...The notes text is not consistently Ariel like the original ppt.

Check out slide 2 on: http://www.export-u2.com/WEBINARS/12_-Pro-Formas/Webinar-12/webinar-12.html  --- seems to revert to Times Roman for some reason?? ... And, I was VERY CAREFUL in formatting the notes text in ppt...

Also not the character size, which changes in some slides, like on slide 6...

Any suggestions?
