Unable to package Presenter after update

I just installed the Presenter update and now I am unable to package my presentations in order to back them up. When I click on the Package button nothing happens. I did find this thread https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-presenter/actually# and when I clicked the first link to download it was no longer a valid link. I tried to install the Net 4 framework, however, it failed because it said I already had components installed. Any ideas? Please help! I am running Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010.

Hi Sue,
I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're running into. Which update of Presenter did you install? We're currently on update 4 as detailed here. It may help to go through the repair steps detailed here.
I did log a support case and was able to resolve my problem. I actaully ended up right-clicking over the .exe installation file and then selected "Run as Administrator" - I did a reinstall and then rebooted and everything worked on then.
