I have made a change to an articulate presentation. In preview mode I see the changes made however when I pusblish to Articulate Presenter I do not see the changes. I have renamed the file and deleted the old file and still can't see the changes.
Were the changes made to the Player Template, or to the course content?
When publishing, you'll need to be careful that the current Player Template is selected in the publish dialog. Presenter automatically defaults to the last Player Template that was published with, rather than the one you are currently working on.
After publishing, are you uploading the content to your website or LMS, or are you testing it locally?
If you'd like you can send us your course and we can try to publish it on our end to see if we can replicate what's going on. First, create an Articulate Presenter Package of your presentation as described here. Then upload the resulting zip file from your computer on the second page of this form, and we''ll attempt to diagnose what's happening when we receive your upload.
Is there something else that could be causing this issue? I"m having the same issue today. I made a change to alignment of 3 graphics on a PPT slide page and a change to one of the quizes so that the learner can only take it one time.
However, the graphic alignment doesn't appear correct when I publish. The quiz seems to be stuck on unlimited times.
I think the sneaky thing to look out for is what I mentioned above: "choosing the template you want to use before publishing. When publishing, you'll need to be careful that the current Player Template is selected in the publish dialog. Presenter automatically defaults to the most recent Player Template that was published with, rather than the one you are currently working on."
Okay, if that doesn't fix it, we'd be happy to take a look at the files and see if we can help. First, create an Articulate Presenter Package of your presentation as described here. Then upload the resulting zip file from your computer on the second page of this form, and we''ll attempt to diagnose what's happening when we receive your upload.

Hi Gail!
Have you tried clearing your browser's cache to ensure that you're seeing the most recent version?
changes take effect in preview mode and yes cache cleared and rebooted several times
Thanks, Gail.

I've saved it as a new name files.
I've saved it locally and republished.
I've cleared my browser cache.
I've rebooted my machine.
Nothing seems to work. Help!
Hi Holly
I think the sneaky thing to look out for is what I mentioned above: "choosing the template you want to use before publishing. Could that be the culprit?
I don't think so. I'm using the same template for a bunch of courses. Today is the first time I've had this issue.
