I have a question regarding updated files that are hyperlinked in published presentation. In my published presentation, I have a hyperlink to a manual that gets updated from time to time. Is there a way in Presnter 09, that the manual hyperlinked in my presentation, will always update to the new one when changes are made? Or do I have to go back in and keep attaching the new manual to my presentation, each time it gets updated?
Hi Natalie and welcome to the Elearning Heroes community! If you inserted is as a link, as long as the file name and location stay the same your hyperlink should continue working. If you put it in as an attachment, you would need to go back in and attach the new version in place of the old one.
