I'm having issues with the new version of a narrated course that includes quizzes and Engage interactions:
Quizmaker: In the original version, the user could click on various answers for feedback, now it only allows one before automatically moving on to the next slide, even though I have 'unlimited' tries checked in Properties.
Quizmaker and Engage Interactions- the player changed itself to showing the Menu, although I have the player set to show Narration. I had to reset it in the new version, but it works on regular slides, but not on Quizmaker or Engage slides.
Just to clarify on your quizmaker issue, you have the individual question set to allow unlimited attempts?
For your question regarding the Menu displaying, be sure that you check the slide properties. The player settings for that you set as the default do not automatically apply to quizzes and interactions.

The hopefully last issue is that I have 3 labelled graphic Engage interactions, the navigation for all 3 is unlocked in slide properties (everything in slide properties is identical). For the first one, I was able to have the NEXT button go to the next slide, but for the other two, the option to 'go to the next slide' is grayed out, and the 'go to the next step in interaction' is default. I want the user to be able to go to the next slide, not the next step.
Still no luck - all 3 are set as interactive/show previous/next buttons. I then followed the instructions using the Engage Interaction tab, and the first interaction is fine, but the other two still have the go to Next option grayed out.
Yes, these were originally made in Studio '09, and I updated the background pictures (I did try to create new interactions, but then I lost the narration on the slide).
I'm sending you the package - the interactions are on slides 14, 16 and 34 - I was able to change the properties on slide 14, but not the others.
Aaaccck - I just got a server error when I tried to upload the package - is there something going on at your end, or should I check with my IT guys? Or, is there a size limit - it's over 35 mgs.?
I'm just sending you the 3 Engage interactions - I guess the previous file was too big. The first interaction is the one that works, the other two do not.

I just changed that and it works. The quiz was just one question, so I had it set at the quiz level.

Hmm, were these interactions there prior to the latest upgrade? Have you tried to re-insert them?

I didn't have any issue. Re-attaching your files. I simply followed the instructions in the first document I sent you to re-attach the documents.
