Is it possible to add sound into a video that already exists in the video encoder? Or would I accomplish this task through another tool? I want the sound to all be apart of the Video so it will successful play in KeyNote.
Is it possible to combine audio onto the video file though? Since I'm working with KeyNote, I don't think I can export an Articulate file. I'm trying to create individual video files with sound on them as well.
Video Encoder will not allow you to import new audio, only adjust the volume of current audio. So yeah, you would have to use a different tool for that. But if you'd like to see that in future builds, it wouldn't hurt to make a formal feature request:

I'd recommend adding/editing your audio using Presenter's Audio Editor. Have a look at this article for more information:
