Hey Maddy. The Studio '13 System Requirements specify that Articulate Mobile Player is supported on iPads and Android tablets. So, you are right, Articulate Mobile Player does not work on the iPhone or Android phone.
The good news is that if you include HTML5 in your publishing options, you will be able to see that content in your mobile phone's supported browser (as listed in the requirements).
