When I move my Powerpoint presentation(Articulate Plug-in) to a different folder or another PC, Video and Audio gets lost

Hi There,

 

When I move my PowerPoint with all the support files (ppta and pptx) to another folder. Audio narrations and Videos get lost.

Even if I zip the folder and extract in a different location, same issue

Even if I create a Articulate package, same issue.

I am not able to take the contents to a different Folder or another PC.

What can be going wrong?

  • Some scenarios can result in lost audio in Presenter 360. This article walks through each one with solutions to try.
  • When you publish, Presenter will bundle a copy of the file along with the course's content. You can find it in the presentation_content folder of the published output. Here's a short demo of the process!
