Preventing blank feedback slides from apparing

In addition to setting up branching within the Feedback area of your questions, you will also need to set up branching within the Feedback area of your blank feedback slides:

1. Open your first blank slide.
2. In the Feedback area of the slide, click the More button.
3. In the window that appears, use the Branching area to choose the slide you want users to see when clicking the Next button.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 for each blank feedback slide.

Now I have other issues.

I have created the course navigation inside PowerPoint by using the Insert > Action feature on the  custom navigation buttons on the slide (Previous and Next). I have used Quizmaker to insert CheckYour Understanding (CYU) questions between topic slides.

I am facing two issues with course navigation:

1. I am unable to replicate the custom navigation buttons on the QuizMaker CYU slide as on the other PowerPoint slides. Is there a workaround for this in Quizmaker?

2. I have allowed only one attempt for the CYU quiz. Upon attempting the CYU quiz, the user gets the relevant feedback and on clicking the Next button on the blank feedback slide, the CYU Quiz ends and the user moves to the next slide. However, when the user clicks the Previous button on the slide after the CYU slide, s/he gets to see all the blank slides on the CYU page. What settings do I configure in Quizmaker to ensure that on clicking the Previous button the CYU question slide is loaded afresh again and the user does not see all the blank slides?
