Audio quality in Replay 360

Hello Heroes,

I am having a problem with the audio quality in Replay 360. I have narration files (WMA) that sound fine by themselves. However, when I import them into Replay, a lot of background noise appears. This also happens when I import mp3's recorded in Articulate360. Please let me know what I am doing wrong. I am attaching a short file so you can hear the issue.

Hi Nina,

Thanks for sharing your file so that we could take a look.

I was able to hear what you were reporting as well, but it looks like you may have recorded some erroneous audio when you did your screen recording, so that's the 'noise' you were hearing.

That can be easily remedied by Muting the audio in your screen recording:

It sounds great now :)
