Ana, I'm guessing you resolved this as it is 4 months old but I'm also guessing you were going through what I went through and that was a problem with Windows 10 and its .NET 3.5 NOT installing because it had a higher version on it. My resolve was having to delete all .NET on Windows 10 using a cleaner utility (add/remove programs didn't work) and then reinstalling versions of .NET (like 3.5, which includes 2.0 and 2.5 which Replay requires to work) All in all it was a huge effort and I'm sorry other are going through this but I found this one website that has links to the cleaner app and links to different versions of .NET to install which hopefully will work.
