MP4 File Not Showing Video (only audio) in Replay

I have an MP4 file that a coworker sent to me that I imported into Replay 360 so we could make some edits. However, only the audio is there and no video, just a black screen. If I open the MP4 file on my computer it works fine. I've attached the file for you.

Hi Karen,

Thanks for sharing what you're experiencing when trying to import a .mp4 into Replay 360! It looks like the video didn't make it as an attachment, but you can try a quick repair of Replay and see if that helps:
