I have an MP4 file that a coworker sent to me that I imported into Replay 360 so we could make some edits. However, only the audio is there and no video, just a black screen. If I open the MP4 file on my computer it works fine. I've attached the file for you.
It really can be a challenge working with resources from other people. You never know what your are going to get, or what format or quality it is going to be.
This video has a really odd frame rate of 38.7219 frames per second. Articulate products all use a frame rate of 30 frames per second. This isn't even one of the other common frame rates, so I suspect Replay just didn't know what to do with it.
I've recoded this back to 30 fps for you. You should be able to do what you want with it now.
