Hi Adin and welcome to the community!

First, I would check to make sure that you have video hardware acceleration enabled. 

This article will walk you through enabling, or checking, the options needed for Replay:

Articulate Replay Requires Video Hardware Acceleration

It may also help to check your drivers for the webcam. Since you provided your camera and version (thanks!), I was able to find thedownload page from Logitech

Let me know if you try both of those suggestions and still have trouble with the video portion of the camera.
