Replay Audio not saving in separate 'line'
Dec 31, 2019
Hi,
I'm working on a project where I've recorded the screen with audio and this has landed on line 'A'.
When I need to update the audio, I'm recording new audio only (through replay) which stores on line 'B', and then I mute the audio on line 'A'.
This was working perfectly up until about an hour ago.
Now when I record audio on it's own it doesn't show on line 'B' (so I can't manipulate it), yet it still plays if a play the audio for the course. The only way to get rid of it is to 'undo'.
I've tried closing the program / restarting the computer etc. to no avail.

Hi Nasoula,
Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry that you are experiencing some odd behavior with Replay. Does Replay show a separate audio track after recording? Or is it not appearing at all?
As a reference, I would reccommend working on projects from your local hard drive (C: Drive). Working on a network drive or an external USB drive can cause erratic behavior due to latency. For example, it could cause file corruption or prevent you from saving changes.
If you haven't already, could I have you try a simple repair of Studio to see if that helps solve the issue?
Thanks for the quick response!
The separate audio track doesn't show at all, but I think it's my computer that's struggling more so than an issue with the software. The memory is under pressure from all the videos I've created :)
Thanks again
