Replay not tracking cursor properly?
Apr 17, 2019
Has anyone else had this problem? Basically, I'll be taking a screen recording in Replay and selecting different tabs/options in this video. However, when I view the screen recording in Replay. my cursor in the video is much higher than it should be.
For context, if this was an Excel spreadsheet, my cursor in the video would be 3-4 rows higher than the row that is selected. So I end up with something selected and a cursor that doesn't match the position of the selected item. I want this to be professional and straightforward for the learner, so how do I fix this?
Thanks.

FIXED
Coworker had this issue today. The fix previously offered misses a step. After changing the Windows scale from 125% to 100% she needed to reboot. Upon relaunching Replay 360 and retrying the issue was fixed and she was able to re-record.
Hi Dwayne!
Thanks for following up and sharing the feedback! I'm sure this will be helpful to other users discovering this thread!
If you run into any issues moving forward please let us know and we'd be happy to help!
Is this fixed? Just recorded hours of footage to find the same issue! If there is still this "bug" after 4 (!) years, at least add a pop-up before recording saying Scaling must be at 100%!
I believe it is ‘working as designed’ but I do think your pop up suggestion is a great idea for the Articulate folks to implement to stop this from happening to people in the future.
I had the same issues this morning.
Just chiming in today to say I'm still having this issue. Scaling my screen to 100% was a successful workaround, but it's a really unnecessary hassle for what should be a simple function.
This is a real shame. I've found Replay easy and enjoyable to use, but now I've hit the same issue, which means I'll need to find another product that will do the job.
