Hi, Stefan!

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with the video appearing upside down in Replay 360. Are you able to share the video file you're uploading to your project? I'd like to test it out on my end to see if I can replicate the behavior. You can share it here or privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.

Hi Carolyn!

Sorry to hear you've also run into issues with videos appearing upside down in Replay 360. I'd be happy to help with that!

Testing the behavior on my end, I added an MP4 video to a Replay 360 file and was unable to reproduce the same issue.

Replay360 Insert MP4

Our development team is tracking a known issue where .MOV files appear flipped in Replay 360. Could you share which video file types you were using when you encountered this behavior?

  • As a workaround for anyone using .MOV files, we recommend opening the .MOV file in Windows Movie Maker and publishing it as an MP4 file. The resulting file will work as expected in Replay 360.

If you're willing to share a copy of the affected video here in the discussion or privately through a support case, we'd be happy to test it further on our end!

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi there
I was uploading a .mov file – which created the issue. My colleague had taken the videos on their mobile phone.
I managed to convert to MP4 which resolved the issue.

Thanks for your reply, and I hope that is useful to share as I am sure others will also have the issue😊
