I sometimes have to attempt to log in to the 360 3 or 4 times to get it to accept it. Am I doing something wrong? It also will not take a log in from inside of SL360, ever. I want to make sure I'm not the issue.
Hello Laurie - I'm not sure what could be going wrong to cause an issue with logging in. I would advise a repair of your software to see if this alleviates the issue.
