Answers to not appear on single knowledge check. Users can not click through.

Hi all.

We have a frustrating issue. We have a state-required course. The course is long but divided by lesson into 5 separate SCORM files. Lesson 3 completes with 3 simple knowledge checks and a final summary slide. All 5 of the lessons are structured this way. All other lessons perform as intended. 

In lesson 3, however, occasionally a single user will click on the second to last knowledge check and no answers appear. The menu is "restricted" by state regulation so it can not be left unlocked. The user can't move forward because there is nothing to click. They have to call in to be manually pushed past that question into the next lesson. 

I have had 5 different storyline developers look at the issue. We have rebuilt the question, but still, once in a while, a single user gets stuck and a ticket is submitted. I have been told unequivocally that the issue must be on the course level and not with the LMS. 

It needs to be fixed but I am stuck. Any suggestions will be welcome.  Thanks much.

You mentioned that this occasionally happened for a few users. Were you able to replicate the issue on your end? 

It would also be interesting to know if the users that had problems were using the same browser or type of device. 

If it's possible to ask the users to test the course, I recommend using SCORM Cloud to rule out LMS issues.

We use SCORM Cloud to test and no, we are not able to replicate the issue but it has appeared enough times that I accept there is something somewhere causing the issue. We decided to try importing the old lesson into a new project and see if the bug disappears with the old programming. If not I will take you up on your offer for further support. Thanks. d
