Articulate 360 Courses NOT COMPLETING in SCORM Cloud

We've recently made the switch to Articulate 360 and now none of our courses created within 360 complete in scorm cloud. We test the course, take the quiz, PASS the quiz, and it still says incomplete/FAILED.

We've tested over and over on different computers, browsers, Windows platforms- and the result is the same. Is anyone else experiencing this issue with 360? We can't figure it out! We're spending hours on this issue. It's incredibly frustrating!

Oh no, sorry that's happening, Megan! Thanks for letting me know you already tested on SCORM Cloud.

Does your course contain multiple results slide with a final results slide for tracking? We've seen that this set-up fails to report completion, success, and the score to the LMS in HTML5. Let me know if that sounds similar to what you're seeing.

Hi Megan,

Great news!  We released another update for Articulate 360, and included a few important fixes and new features that you'll see in the release notes here. It includes a fix for the issue you are experiencing. 

Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for each application. Details here.

This fix is now also included in the latest update for Storyline 3. Updates are free for Storyline 3 licensees and you can download the latest update here. You can also view the entire list of Release notes for Storyline 3 here.
