Articulate program not openning....any advice?

Hi there-

After I upgraded from Storyline 1 to 2... My program would open and I could see the file name on the right column.... but the main splash page had an error message. That was ok because I would just open the file and start working. Today, the program would not open at all and gave me an error box that said I needed IE10 or higher to run Articulate. It wanted me to go to another webpage - Search Results LLC. It seems sort of sketchie... so I didn't follow. So, where is the best place for me to get help? Of course, this happened as I was sitting down with my client. Thanks!
