Assessment problems

Hi,

I'm having a problem with an assessment that I have created in articulate 360. This is similar to the error that Scott Muise was having, see link above.

When viewing the assessment, some of the answers either disappear (or don't appear until hovered over) or swap the answer for another answer from a previous question. It is suggested that this happens because, like Scott, I have copied questions and pasted in new answers etc.

Does anyone know why this might be happening? And what I can do about it? I would like to know if there is a shortcut to fixing it, before I rebuild it,

Definitely give the repair a try to see if that resolves the issue you are running into. If that doesn't seem to help, please let us know!

Hi Vincent,

I ended up recreating the assessment from scratch. What I did notice (second time around!) is that the SME had sent the questions in a MS Word document and not a Powerpoint, as normal. I saved the document as a text file and then copied each question in (and answers) and this worked fine.

The course is now published.
