I need help in determining when you close out of the test using the exit within the browser and not the test that it removes an attempt (I have the attempts set in the LMS, not the content file)? We have the test setup with the results slide at the end, if you close out prior to the results slide it will remove an attempt and pass a score to the LMS for the number of questions answered.

Have you had an opportunity to test your course in the SCORM Cloud to see if you encounter the same behavior in that environment? If you do not see the same issue, you may want to reach out to your LMS provider for additional assistance.
