Did you mean to attach a file here? Files aren't attached when replying via email so you'll need to visit the thread to upload your content here for us to look at.
Are you referring to the audio on the layers overlapping the audio on the base layer? You could set each layer to hide other layers and pause the timeline of the base layer. That should prevent the audio from continuing to play when clicking on other elements. That set up seems to work when I'm previewing your file - can you let me know if you're experiencing a different set up?
